Harness the energy of the moon to align with your natural cycle and connect with your inner feminine intuition. Meet fellow wild women and fall in love with taking care of yourself.
We gather in Circle at the New moon and Full moon, held by Moon+Glow Founder, Sian Peters. Sian will lead you through some self exploration activities such as journalling, meditation, setting intentions, gratitude and letting go practices. Each Circle gives each member the opportunity to be seen and heard.
We also indulge in guided bedtime meditations during the dark phase of the moon, to help us rest and relax.
And while the moon is waxing, we gather for Book Club to discuss our thoughts on that month’s self-development book.
There’s also the option of yoga with our exceptionally talented yoga teachers, Jess and Laura.
All sessions are held via Zoom from the UK.
We connect as a community of like minded souls to carve out that all important time to connect with and nurture your mind, body and soul. The community is held on a private network – outside of social media. You’ll also have access to recordings of each session if you are unable to make it live.
There’s a great deal of interaction within the group and an app to download – a bit like our own private social media network. So you can stay in touch between sessions if you wish.
A friendly, safe space in which to reconnect with yourself – your mind, body and soul – as well as connect with others. Strangers who will become friends, albeit remotely!

How does membership work?
We offer two levels of membership: ‘Self Care’ and ‘Self Care + Yoga’.
All Self Care sessions run on Wednesdays at 7.30pm UK time.
Yoga sessions run on Mondays at 7.30pm UK time.
By completing the sign up process you’ll set up an automatic monthly payment.
You are of course welcome to cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
I have really enjoyed the sessions. It has given me time to reflect and slow down as the pace of life is increasing again.
What if I've never done yoga before?
No problem! We welcome all levels at Moon+Glow. Our teachers always offer options, and encourage you to listen to your own body during each practice. As with everything, take what you need and leave the rest.
What time are the sessions?
All our sessions begin at 7.30pm UK time, unless otherwise stated. The duration of each session varies depending on what we are doing. Most sessions last somewhere between 1-2 hours.
What if I can't make it live?
All of our session recordings are available in our private membership space for 7 days after the live session to allow you to catch up or (as is often the case) re-visit a session and experience it for a second time.
We totally understand that life happens, and it’s not always possible to turn up to a live session. However, we would be lying if we said that you’ll get the most out of this membership from the recordings alone. A lot of the magic happens in the experience of connecting with each other live. Therefore, if you are unable to make any of the live sessions this membership probably isn’t for you.
Do I need any special equipment?
You will need a notebook and a pen for Circles. And of course, a laptop (or other device) and an internet connection. If you’re joining us for yoga, we recommend a yoga mat, and you are welcome to also bring a yoga strap and block. However, these are optional. All you really need for yoga is a safe space to practice, a curiosity and a willingness to try.
Do I need any special knowledge?
None at all. All you need is an open heart, an open mind and a desire to know yourself more deeply.
What is a Moon Circle?
We get asked this a lot, so we’ve decided to show you rather than just tell you!

Most simply put, a Moon Circle is a ritual and celebration where a group of people come together under the moon – usually a New Moon or a Full Moon.
There are many ways to hold a moon circle, but here at Moon+Glow our format is generally as follows:
- A short ‘arriving’ meditation / moment of centering
- An introduction to the theme for that circle
- A guided meditation
- A guided journaling practice
- A space to share, to listen and to be heard
The magic really happens in the sharing – listening and learning from each other, and most importantly, practicing being seen and heard and loved for who we are. For the privacy of the attendees of the recorded circle, the sharing element has been edited out. What is said in Circle, stays in Circle. Always.
